How do i take out my ear lobe stretchers?
they're 4g and its a spool type style I think they may also be called flanges, or flares?. i've tried twisting them and pulling them apart and it still wont come undone.
http://www.bodypunks.com/product.asp?sku=BPIFLT002&browseby=category&category=ROOT/Body%20Jewelry/Plugs/&material=&producttype=&gauge=&brand=&size=
they're like these
If they won't twist or pull apart, at this point you may just want to take a hot shower (so the skin is softer),vaseline the crap out of the plugs/ o-ring (the little endcap bit) and just try sliding them out.
If the o-ring is removable, though, you may just want to keep plugging away and trying to pull it off.
Actually, now that I look at the link you sent again, they look like double-flared plugs, which means that the end parts that are larger are not removable, you just have to slide them out.
So, I go back to my original advice, take a hot shower then vaseline (or use some other sort of lubricant like vaseline) and slowly just slide them out.
Good luck!
