i'm looking for a tripod with a max load of about 1.5kg ,any recommendations?
in the uk for a SLR around £50, my nearest camera shops are the london camera exchange and jessops.
i wish i had one now because the sky is clear and the moon is begging to be photographed
I can recommend the 7dayshop.com tripod at a mere £10.99 plus p+p.
It may sound cheap which it is but its a bargain. I have a Canon EOS 450D and often use a 70-300mm lens and it holds it no worries. I looked at some in Jessops at double that before deciding to go with 7dayshop.com and believe you me am glad I did. Its a sturdy little thing with the added bonus of coming with a bag which makes it easy to carry around.
