I am having a problem with my LAN connection provided by the indian govt company BSNL. it takes a long time to get connected. even after obtaining I P address and sub net mask configuration details. The LAN details show rapid increase in "PACKETS SENT" while "PACKETS RECEIVED" figure is static. If i attempt to get click "REPAIR", i get the window as follows.
