Just want to buy a person who realy likes stars a good christmas gift, my budget is very limited 50-60 pounds, so i geues have to forget the telescope as all cheap seems to be rubish, is there anything else asosiated with stars that i could get, he's not keen on binoculars and already has a huge space book, he's dream is a telescope, but I cant afford a good one, thought to buy a starter one, but the reviews seems to be rubish so there is no point realy. Please help is there anything else i can get?
No. This is a classic "Christmas Trash Telescope": poor optics on a shaky tripod, destined to end up in a closet by New Year's. You're wasting your money on a worthless toy.

Buy from a store which specializes in telescopes and astronomy, either locally or online; don't buy from department stores, discount stores or eBay as mostly what they sell is junk. Find your local astronomy club and try out different telescopes at one of their star parties:

[Edit] Yes, you can't get a decent telescope for £60...the starting prices are more like twice that. Some other gift possibilities: a good 10x50 binocular, a membership in your local astronomy society, or a subscription to an astronomy magazine.
