photography and art lovers, need your help!?
this is my photography final major project which I based on peoples dreams.
the music is by aphex twin and is called spots which is also based on dreams and nightmares.
the flashing lights represent rapid eye movement which what causes dreaming.
what do you think? baring in mind i presented it through a projector!

Amazing: the disconnected, sometimes blurred images reflected the lack of clarity or chronology in dreams and the music gave it an eerie feel. In some places, however, I think there was a lot of time spent on a single image: it might have been better if you did this by using different views of the image or distorting it slightly with each shot resulting n a final surreal look. The effect you used for the sleeping form got the meaning across but could have been improved, perhaps by creating a stopmotion line animation or simply using a high exposure/ level of light instead of applying the filter (which is often overused).
I think the final eye-opening moment really brought the whole piece to conclusion in the same was the opening phrase, intrigued the audience. Overall, it was very effective.
The photography in itself was of a good standard with unusual subjects implying rather than giving all the facts and the inspiration from Dali and Bacon was clear.
