Why cant my VCR/DVD videocassette cannot work with my AT&T U-verse box?
I've been trying to record something out of my VCR but when I play it back i see nothing but black. Is this because recording shows or events does not work on AT&T U-verse box? I heard thats not possible to do. We have tried everything we could to make the video cassette appear on the screen. If it is possible for a VCR/Dvd to work off of your AT&T U-verse box, let me know and u can give me some advice and I'll notify u back as soon as I can. ( I know we are living in the new generation of Blu-Ray DVDs and video cassettes are old school. But I'm just curious to know if it could work.) The main reason I want to do this is so I could play back and watch all the great events and ideos that happened in the past.
If you want to record something on the VCR you need to connect the U-verse output to the VCR input. To watch a recorded tape, you will need to connect a VCR output to a TV input. Your U-verse box will not record the VCR output.
