I want to get a new DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) camera... You input will be greatly appreciated.?
I currently own a Sony DSC-F707 camera and I am extremely happy with the service I have gotten from it. I'm now at the point where I like to upgrade to a new DSLR.
I have looked at several but the one feature I would love to have on them is missing on all the ones I've checked out. I never thought the ability to have a viewer at up to 90 degrees off the lens would be so important to me but having the ability to see what I'm taking pictures of when I raise the camera over other people or close to the ground without actually having to lay down on the floor is now a major factor in making my decision.
Is there any good DSLR that has a rotating digital display available?
I'm specifically looking for a 10MP or better camera.
I don't think the other people even bothered to read your description of what you're looking for.
The only SLR with a live view LCD that articulates like you desire is the Olympus E-3, a 10mp camera.

Another option with other cameras would be to get a "right angle viewer" which is an eyepiece which fits over the viewfinder.
Finally, look for something called a Zigview. It's an LCD viewer that fits onto an SLR viewfinder, giving you the angled or remote view. It might be cheaper than an E-3, as you might be able to find one that will fit an entry-level SLR.
