An incandescent light (glowing tungsten filament) produces:?
1) a continuous spectrum, with the peak giving the temperature of the filament.
2) a continuum, with dark lines of tungsten and argon as well.
3) an emission spectrum, with bright lines due to ionized tungsten.
4) a continuum, with bright tungsten lines added.
5) an absorption spectrum, with dark lines due to the solid filament.
Theoretically, you would see a continuous spectrum peaking at the temperature of the filament.
You could also see some dark lines of vaporized tungsten and argon, provided they have lines in the visual spectrum -- and in tungsten's case, provided that there is a sufficient amount of vaporized tungsten to cause a noticable absorbtion. I personally don't think the tiny amount of tungsten vapor will make much difference.
